Glasgow
has one of Europe's most effective public transport systems, according
to
the 2003 European Cities Monitor published by Cushman & Wakefield
Healey & Baker.
The Glasgow catchment is served by an excellent bus, rail, subway
and ferry network. The sheer convenience of the service means that
more than a third of staff commute to work by public transport. The
city's national and international transport links allow Glasgow-based
companies to operate internationally as well as UK-wide.
