Gordon & Macphail - Recollection Series #3

Gordon & MacPhail’s Recollection Series gives whisky enthusiasts and collectors the chance to enjoy forgotten masterpieces from closed or long silent distilleries. Recollection Series 3 spans over 6 distilleries and POD worked closely with the client to resurrect these classic releases. To this end, POD worked with legendary Paris-based illustrator Bruno Mangyoku to create a series of six original artworks, each bringing the heyday of the featured distilleries back to life. These illustrations were then animated and combined into a hero promotional film. The final marketing materials ranged from commemorative brochures and retail window displays to social media content.
